computer or hard drive immediately (using the power
button and not the regular shut-down function of
your operating system). Do not switch it on again. |

Print, fill-in
and sign the "Evaluation
Request" form (available above). |

Send us the
defective media (i.e. hard drive, USB drive, Flash
memory, CD/DVD, floppy... etc.). Please note that
some software issues can only be solved with the
whole computer, not just the drive. Please call us
so that we can let you know what to send exactly.

Option 1: Bring it yourself at our
facility.

Option 2:
Ship it by courrier along with the
"Evaluation Request". In this case,
please follow carefully the
"Packaging and Shipping procedure"
(available above).

Option 3: Ask us to come and take care of
it directly at your location (this option is
available only in the Great Montreal Area. Also
some additional fees are applicable).

We will then
acknowledge reception of your disk/media and
evaluation
request. |

We will perform
the diagnosis of the problem and we will contact you
to let you know about feasibility, price and time.
In the case of our "Regular" service, there is no
charge up to this point and you can choose to accept
or not our estimate. One exception: we ask for a
pre-autorisation in the case of a minimum rate work.
Also, if you opted for the "Express"
or "Rush" service or if we made some travel, some
fees may apply. Please, call us for more information. |

finished, we will contact you to send the data back.

receive the full payment. |
